A state of the art personal fitness trainer and life coach to a variety of clients and athletes. With an array of knowledge in health, fitness, athletic performance, nutrition and mental conditioning I'm able to help clients and athletes accomplish their goals and dreams. I've been certified through the International Sports Science Association and Fitour.

As a highly competitive athlete myself, I've competed as a Sprinter, High Jumper, basketball player and train in martial arts.  Having a background in an assortment of areas allows me to accommodate to an array of individuals wanting to become the best they can. Not only am I able to maximize my own abilities but I'm able to pass on the trait to my faithful clients.

Plain and simple, I just have a strong passion to help people in all areas of life. I want to help the world but if I help just one person change their life for the better... That is a success for me. I believe we are all capable of great things no matter what the situation is. If our faith is strong enough and we take action I see no boundaries of what we are all able to achieve.
